So I had the pleasure to go on a trip to Ullswater in Cumbria. We stayed at the lovely Outward Bound centre for about 5 days. We had a theme of teamwork in all of our activities. We were told about the Roman Handshake method to stop our hand from slipping off and falling. My favourite part was when we did the jog and dip in the river and it was so cold. If I went back to Ullswater, I would have more confidence in myself and i’ll try even better at the activities.
